Denis was born in Russia and moved to United States to continue his dancing career. Currently he is still competing in International Style 10-Dance. Denis and his partner Jeanette won several National and International titles.
At DanceSport Club, Denis is teaching group and private dance classes for adults and children. He enjoys teaching beginners to dance. He finds it very rewarding to see his students improve their dancing and get more comfortable and confident on the dance floor.
However, Denis also teaches more advanced students that require more technical knowledge of fine details to improve their dancing. With those dedicated students Denis travels to dance competitions to compete in Student-Teacher category. His students also enjoy participating at studio's showcases. Denis also coaches amateur couples that compete at dance competitions.

Eric
I was a two sport collegiate athlete and I came to yoga from intense back pain, knee pain, and head
pain. I was incredibly stressed out, when my mom suggested Yoga she sent me to my teacher Andrew
Dugas, whom I study with currently. Once I laid down after his first class, it was as if I had taken my
first breath, and consequently started a new life. Yoga has brought me peace, and has been and still is a
great source of healing for me. I appreciate all that it has done for me and wish to share this gift with
others.
