2021 Spring Dance Showcase
2021 Spring Dance Showcase was an evening of dance performances presented by DanceSport Club in Spring. We offer Spring Dance Showcase so that students have an opportunity to present their accomplishments. It gives parents an opportunity to be proud of their children. It allows teachers to showcase their skills as dance instructors. It allows people just sit, watch and enjoy perofrmances in a festive holiday atmosphere.
In our 2021 Spring Showcase we showcased performances only by children participating in our children group dance classes. Most students were beginner students who just started dancing a few months ago. However, we had more advanced dancers who were dancing a while.
We are very, very proud of all of our performers. They did a great job! For many of them this Showcase was their first dance performance since the beginning of the pandemic. They worked very hard and danced well.
We want to thank all the parents that helped with costuming and keeping track of performances. With that many children groups performing we would not be able to do it without you.

Child 3-5 pre-Ballet Class (Mondays 7pm)

Many little girls dream of becoming ballerinas. In our kids Ballet dance classes we give them opportunity not only to learn basics of ballet but also make their parents and relatives proud by performing at our Spring Dance Showcase. This is a very important and exciting event for children. For some, it is the very first time they perofm in public! In our classes we start preparing for showcase well in advance so that children have plenty of time to learn routine and practice it. This is a dance performance by our youngest age group of 3-5 year old girls.
Child Latin Fusion Class (Tuesdays 7pm)
Dancers: Daniel, Kasey, Tobias and Ms. Jeanette
Song: Quickstep, Jive and Salsa Medley “I’m Almost There”
Our students from children Latin Fusion dance class put together an performance for 2021 Spring Dance Showcase at DanceSport Club. Their performance was a medley of quickstep, salsa and Jive danced to the song "I'm almost there" from movie "Princess and the frog". Great job!
Child 5-7 Beginner Ballet Class (Wednesdays 7pm)
Dancers: Audrey, Allison, Gisselle, Julia, Abigail, and Ms. Jeanette
Song: “The Rose”
This is a ballet performance by our slightly older kids 4-7 years old girls. In this Wednesday ballet class we introduce a little more difficult ballet moves so that it is still fun, yet challenging for little girls. We used song "Rose" to match romantic spring theme of performance.
Child Beginner Lyrical Ballet Class (Saturdays 12 Noon)
